Are Riedel glasses dishwasher safe?
Yes, most Riedel glasses are dishwasher safe. To prevent scratches and breakage, ensure they are spaced properly and use a high-quality detergent. For hand-painted or gold-rimmed collections, we recommend hand washing.
What is your shipping policy for fragile items?
We use specialized, reinforced packaging to ensure your glassware arrives safely. All orders are shipped via premium carriers with tracking and insurance included for your peace of mind.
What happens if my order arrives broken?
While we take great care in packing, accidents can happen. If your items arrive damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo of the breakage and we will send a replacement immediately.

Can I return my items if I change my mind?
