Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack with Care
Carefully repackage your glassware in its original Riedel box and protective shipping carton to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain your tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
